Our lamb is pasture raised, grass fed and finished and regeneratively farmed in WA. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth, WA. Find out more about our suppliers here.

100% pasture raised, grass fed regeneratively farmed WA lamb..
Chill to room temperature 15 minutes prior to cooking. Grill 3 minutes on each side. Remove and rest for 5 minutes before serving. Cook product in desired cooking method until product is cooked throughout.
This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18°C. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.
