Grass Fed and Finished steak loves long gentle cooking and is ideal for soups, stews, casseroles and curries. It can be a tougher cut of meat, but a little more cooking will make it fork-tender and bring out its hearty rich flavour. Make it ahead for an easy, economical weekday family meal.

Our beef is pasture raised, grass fed and finished and regeneratively farmed in WA. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth. Find out more about our suppliers here.

100% grass fed and finished WA black angus beef.
Best to slow cook or braise. Brown in a pan before slow cooking until fork-tender.
This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18 degrees Celsius. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.

Nice carnivore stew

Diced beef makes a great carnivore stew. That means, salt, water and nothing else. Yet it's full of flavour.
