Our Grass Fed and Finished Club steak is a 650g hero steak for the ages.  A Bone in Sirloin, the Club Steak is a tender, well-marbled, steakhouse cut with heaps of flavour.  This thick steak is ideal for a reverse sear if you're feeling fancy, or throw it on the barbie for an appealing crust and a pleasant smokey taste.

Our 100% grass fed and finished beef is regeneratively farmed.

Our beef is pasture raised, grass fed and finished and regeneratively farmed in WA. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth. Find out more about our suppliers here.

Bring Steak to room temperature before cooking. Season to preference and sear both sides until desired internal temperature is reached. Rest before serving
This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18 degrees Celsius. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.

Tasty piece of steak

It was delicious just cooked with salt and pepper. The only thing I could say is it was a bit of a thick cut. Not an issue but just something worth mentioning.
