VL stands for Visible Lean - the amount of fat visible at the surface of the meat. Our 95VL mince is 95% lean and 5% fat, perfect as a low-fat and healthier option. We test this every week at our processor to ensure that it is of the best quality and consistency.
Our beef mince is made with WA 100% grass fed and finished beef, regeneratively farmed. No additives, hormones or preservatives.
Cook Mince in desired cooking method until product is cooked throughout.
