Our grass fed rump steak is a great all-rounder and full of flavour.

Serve with your favourite salad and fries. Rump steak is also great for beef curry or thinly slice for stir fry.

Cooking Times

Bring your steak to room temperature and pan fry for 3-5 minutes on each side before resting for 10-minutes.
