VL refers to the amount of fat visible at the surface of the meat. 85% lean, 15% fat.

Our beef mince is made with WA 100% grass fed and finished beef, regeneratively farmed. No additives, hormones or preservatives. You can find out more about our farmers here.

Our beef is pasture raised, grass fed and finished and regeneratively farmed in WA. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth. Find out more about our suppliers here.

Bluck Beef!!!

I have tried other subscription services and the mince grade is just not the same as the 5kg bluck beef mince. It would be even better if they offered some other beef mince combos in bulk. Great value as well.

Love this mince!

I bought the bulk 5kg pack for the first time recently - it kept ok for a few days in the fridge, then I portioned it out - cooked some dishes to freeze, and weighed out 500g portions to freeze raw. There was exactly 5kg in there, impressive! It's great to have mince on hand in the freezer, and the cost saving is a bonus. Oh and it cooks so well, smells like meat used to, no grey water, and the taste - I'm a big fan! We were eating meat substitutes recently, now I have found DTC regen mince I am loving it!
