VL refers to the amount of fat visible at the surface of the meat. 85% lean, 15% fat.

Our beef mince is made with WA 100% grass fed and finished beef, regeneratively farmed. No additives, hormones or preservatives. You can find out more about our farmers here.

Our beef is pasture raised, grass fed and finished and regeneratively farmed in WA. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth. Find out more about our suppliers here.

Vale for money

I've been buying the 5kg mince for quite a while, it used to be 80/20, it is now 85/15. Not sure why this is, but I just add a little more butter. Cheers Rosemary

Best Beef Mince Out!

This is the perfect beef mince! Great fat ratio and super tasty! So easy to turn into freezer portions too! We use it for burger patties, stir frys and other dishes!
