Eye Fillet steak is a favourite because it is a tender and succulent cut of beef. Serve this beautiful cut of meat with a salad or roast veggies. A true steak lovers steak!

Product is MSA graded, grass fed and regeneratively grown.

 

Our beef is pasture raised, grass fed and finished and regeneratively farmed in WA. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth. Find out more about our suppliers here.

100% grass fed and finished WA black angus beef.
Bring Steak to room temperature before cooking. Season to preference and sear both sides until desired internal temperature is reached. Rest before serving
Keep frozen below -18°C. Thaw overnight in the fridge (below 5°C) prior to cooking.
