Beef Entrana Steak 850g

Made popular in Argentina as the Entrana steak, this Outside Skirt cut of beef is long, flat and flavourful.  Entrana is a thin cut and should be cooked hot and fast on the grill or cast iron skillet whole, then sliced against the grain after resting. 

We recommend seasoning with salt and pepper for at least one hour before grilling.  Entrana is usually served with chimichurri sauce (easy to make -> blend garlic, parsley, salt & pepper, oregano, olive oil, red pepper and a mild vinegar).
