Ham hocks are full of flavour perfect making them perfect base to soup, braised beans or stock. Our pasture raised smoked hocks offer a perfect base to any soup and has a salty-sweet flavour and smoky aroma.

Our pork is pasture raised in Manjimup by Bryan Hickman. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth, WA. Find out more about our suppliers here.

100% pasture raised, regeneratively farmed WA pork.
Keep frozen below -18 degrees Celsius. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degr ees Celsius) prior to cooking.

Pea and Ham Soup

I made the most delicious soup, the ham hocks were lovely, the flavour just right, not too salty and the meat was really tasty. I’m so glad I have one in the freezer for my Beamer batch. Thank you DCF

great

soak overnight in water in the fridge to reduce saltiness. these hocks have a good amount of meat on them and make a great soup
