Oh wow, this is very, very good bacon!

Our rib bacon, also known as loin bacon or back bacon, is dry smoked and perfect for a Sunday morning cook up or stacked into a delicious burger bun.

Our rib bacon is pasture raised and nitrate and preservative free. Please note that as this product is naturally cured and nitrate-free, it will be brown.

 

Our pork is pasture raised in Manjimup by Bryan Hickman. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth, WA. Find out more about our suppliers here.

We deliver to WA and South West WA, please check here for specific delivery information for your post code.

Pork (90%), Water, Cure [Emulsifier (451), Stabilisers (Dextrose, Maltodextrin)], Salt, Sugar, Beetroot Powder.
Pan fry until browned on each side. For crispier bacon, cook for extra 30 seconds.
Keep frozen below -18 degrees Celsius. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degr ees Celsius) prior to cooking.

Yummmm

lovely traditional cut of bacon. Very tasty. Cooked up fine on the Weber Q with a slice of fried, black pudding, tomato and a fresh egg. Delish. Will def be ordering again. Made my neighbour quite envious as the smell drifted across the gardens....
