Cut from the belly side of the rib cage, spare ribs are juicy and full of flavour. Spare ribs can be braised, roasted, or BBQ'd with your favourite smoky sauce. Pork spare ribs are great for slow cooking until the meat falls off the bone.
Our pork spare ribs are pasture raised.

Place your favourite rub and/or marinade for at least 20 minutes or overnight. Preheat oven to 160C and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes until fork tender.
Keep frozen below -18 degrees Celsius.
Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degr
