Pork scotch fillets are a marbled meat from the neck or collar that is tasty and succulent. The marbling help keeps the meat tender while it is roasted or grilled. These pasture raised scotch fillet steaks need only a generous seasoning or a simple marinade.
The rich flavour of the pork pairs beautifully with fresh garlic & herbs, flavourful oils, spices like cumin, caraway, cinnamon or citrus through to wine and beer.

Chill to room temperature for 15 minutes. Heat oil in pan. Cook on one side for 3 minutes, flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
Keep frozen below -18 degrees Celsius.
Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degr
ees Celsius) prior to cooking.
