These lightly seasoned pasture raised pork sausages are nitrate and preservative free. The most delicious pork sausages you will come across- don't take our word for it. Try it yourself! Perfect with roast veg and mash or some sauerkraut.

Our pork is pasture raised in Manjimup by Bryan Hickman. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth, WA. Find out more about our suppliers here.

Pasture Raised Pork (95%), Salt, White Pepper, natural casing
Bring to room temperature 15 minutes prior to cooking. Pan fry for 7 minutes before turning and cooking for another 7 minutes.
Keep frozen below -18 degrees Celsius. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.

Excellent Pork Sausages, fat, meaty and juicy choice.

We had Pork Sausages with Lemon Dill ***** in a grilled turkish roll, which was the best burger you could ask for. Deliciious flavoursome sausages. The Lemon Dill ***** was also a great choice from Dirty Clean.

Tasty snags

I enjoy the poek snags, they don't have any flours or similar. I wish the beef and chicken sausages were the same basic ingredients.
