Pork rolled shoulder is the best cut for the perfect pork roast – always tender and juicy on the inside with crispy crackle on the outside. This cut has higher fat content which means amazing flavour and also a little more wiggle room when it comes to cooking time.
Our pork rolled shoulder is boneless and pasture raised.

Preheat oven to 220C. Place shoulder in oven for 30 minutes, turn down to 180C and cook for 30 minutes for every 500g. Remove from oven and rest for 15 minutes.
Keep frozen below -18 degrees Celsius.
Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degr
ees Celsius) prior to cooking.
