100% pasture raised, regeneratively farmed WA pork.
Chill to room temperature for 15 minutes. Heat oil in pan. Cook on one side for 6 minutes, flip and cook for another 4 minutes.
Keep frozen below -18 degrees Celsius. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degr ees Celsius) prior to cooking.
