Pork fillet or tenderloin is the leanest cut of pork. Tender with a mild flavour, pork fillets best cooks hot and fast - Stuff, wrap and roast it or cut into steaks for the BBQ.
Our pork fillet is pasture raised.
Chill to room temperature for 15 minutes. Heat oil in pan. Cook on one side for 6 minutes, flip and cook for another 4 minutes.
