Cut from the centre of the loin, these pork cutlets are a favourite for grilling, pan roasting or the BBQ. This lean cutlet is meaty and tender and delicious when cooked to a blushing pink.

Our pork cutlets are pasture raised and packed with flavour.


Chill to room temperature for 15 minutes. Heat oil in pan. Cook on one side for 6 minutes, flip and cook for another 4 minutes.
