Pork belly is one of the most succulent cuts of meat, that is great for slow cooking that gives you melt-in-your-mouth meat with delicious crisp crackling. Traditional slow cooking allows the fat to render into the meat over time, taking the flavour to a whole other level. You can also poach, confit, smoke or braise pork belly.
Pork belly is pasture raised and packed with flavour.

Pat pork belly dry with paper towel. Wrap sides in aluminium foil exposing the skin only, store in fridge overnight. Season with oil and salt. Preheat oven at 140C. Slow roast for 1h 30 mins
