Our Italian pork sausage are made from pastured raised pork and are nitrate and preservative free. Premium course-ground minced pork is combined with select Italian inspired spices to create these sausages that are great on their own, in a pasta or on top of pizza. Yum! The ingredients in this sausage include pork, salt, pepper, parsley flakes, garlic, fennel seed, chilli and red wine.

Our pork is pasture raised in Manjimup by Bryan Hickman. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth, WA. Find out more about our suppliers here.

Pasture Raised Pork (93%), Salt, Parsley, Fennel, Garlic, Pepper, Chilli Flakes, Mixed Herbs, Natural Casing.
Bring to room temperature prior to cooking. Pan fry for 7 minutes before turning and cooking for another 7 minutes.
Keep Frozen ≤-18ºC / Hard Frozen

Best non-home made Italian sausages ever!

Just like Dad used to make (probably a bit more hygienic though!).

Great flavour, strong chilli, hint of aniseed(?). Beautiful.
