This is delicious!

This spicy sausage is loved the world over and is perfect for tapas - lightly fried and crispy, scattered on a pizza, thrown into a pasta, soup or try this Beef and Chorizo Casserole.

Smoked and ready to eat our pasture raised pork chorizo is nitrate and preservative free.

Pork mince, salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, garlic granules, smoked paprika, natural casing.
Slice according to preferred thickness. Pan fry until crispy on all sides.
This spicy sausage is perfect for tapas - lightly fried and crispy. And why not try is scattered on a pizza, thrown into a pasta, or adding some extra zing to a soup.
This product is snap frozen for your convenience. Thaw overnight in the fridge when ready to eat.

Delicious

Because the product is delivered frozen, when it’s defrosted it is quite juicy. We prefer to eat it after it has been in the bench oven for about 10 minutes. The flavour is awesome. We will be ordering more if it is available. Unfortunately it is often ‘out of stock’ I guess because it is so popular.
