Grass Fed, Finished and regeneratively farmed, the Cube Roll (Scotch Fillets) is one of our most popular Aussie steaks, thanks to its juicy tenderness and rich, meaty flavour. Our steaks are beautifully marbled for maximum succulence whether cooked in the pan, BBQ or adding to a stir fry.

Our favourite way to enjoy Cube Roll is to cut into thick premium steaks, grilled medium rare over fire, and served with fresh salad.

Our beef is pasture raised, grass fed and finished and regeneratively farmed in WA. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth. Find out more about our suppliers here.

Absolutely delicious!

So glad I've bought this a couple of times now. Fantastic value for the quality of the meat.

Steak night is now a thing and the kids look forward to it every time!!

Reminds you how good meat can be.

Repeat buyer

This did not disappoint. You can taste the difference in quality compared to supermarket grassfed scotch fillet. I won't buy supermarket meat again . I paid a small fee for slicing. Very impressed. Email enquires prior to purchase were prompt, helpful and courteous.
