A delicious show stopping family centrepiece. Crafted from regeneratively farmed WA pasture raised pork, crackling-crusted roast is the iconic savoury and fatty showstopper you know and love, produced locally and ethically from a truly 'free range' pasture raised farm. 

Crafted without any ingredients that may trigger gluten reactions, making it safe for people with celiac. 

Serves 12 (generously!) Comes frozen.

Our pork is pasture raised in Manjimup by Bryan Hickman. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth, WA. Find out more about our suppliers here.

Pork Middle (99%), Onion Flakes, Rosemary, Garlic, Fennel Ground, Black Pepper.
Preheat oven to 170*C, dry skin and heavily season with Salt and Olive Oil, roast for 2 hours at 170*C, increase oven temperature to 220*C and roast for a further 30 minutes until desired crackling forms and internal temperature reads 72*C. Rest for at least 20 minutes and slice to serve.
Keep frozen below -18 degrees Celsius. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degr ees Celsius) prior to cooking.

Impressive and delicious centre piece at Christmas

Super crispy crackling and delicious sliced.

Gluten free seasoning inside meant everyone at the table could eat it. The drippings helped the roast potatoes along in a spectacular way too.

The instructions provided (170 then 220) were perfect for the cook.

Using an internal temp sensor will make this even more precise, I think I could have pulled it out a little earlier as it carried on cooking for quite some time.

I’d gladly have one of these over for Christmas again.

I found the ordering system was easy, and everything always arrived on time.

Maybe a message the week before on the pre-Christmas orders to confirm things again; as orders are put in so well in advance. I had to send an inquiry because I was a little worried it might have been missed.

Fantastic-tasting and 100% quality meat always.

Perfect!!!

I was nervous that the Porchetta might end up a failure since this is the first time I roasted one. But lo and behold, the skin cooked perfectly crackling. Thanks to your instructions and the meat thermometer!
