Ingredients

Pastured Raised Chicken (84%), Gluten-Free Breadcrumbs, Onion, Olive Oil, Apricot Dried, Parsley, Salt, Pepper.

Cooking Times

Preheat oven to 220*C, pat dry and sear Roulade on all sides in a pan of Olive Oil over Medium heat (About 10 minutes), transfer Roulade to a roasting pan and roast at 220*C for 5-7 minutes until product registers 75*C internal.

Storage

This product is frozen. Keep frozen below -18*C. Thaw in refrigerator below 5*C prior to cooking.
