Chicken (79%), Gluten Free Breadcrumbs [Maize Starch, Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour, Soy Flour (Soy), Potato Starch, Raising Agents (500, 575), Yeast, Vinegar, Salt], Nitrite Free Bacon [Emulsifier (451), Dextrose, Maltodextrin], Sun-dried Tomato [Sodium Metabisulphite (Sulphites), Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Ascorbic Acid], Spinach, Tasty Cheese (Milk) (Cellulose, Sorbic Acid), Seeded Mustard (Acetic Acid), Onion Dried, Black Pepper.
Preheat oven to 220*C, pat dry and sear Roulade on all sides in a pan of Olive Oil over Medium heat (About 10 minutes), transfer Roulade to a roasting pan and roast at 220*C for 5-7 minutes until product registers 75*C internal.
This product is frozen. Keep frozen below -18*C. Thaw in refrigerator below 5*C prior to cooking.

Deliciously special

Moist, juicy and tasty...meat dense just like teal chicken should be, fed 6 of us with some leftover..

A real treat on Christmas eve...loved it and would buy again.
