The beautiful chicken feet from Unison Farms are brilliant for broths. They make a rich, mouth-coating gelatinous-rich concoction that is gut healing, soothes digestive trouble, and can support healthier skin and nails. And they taste great!

Cook chicken until juices run clear, and check the temperature at the thickest part of the meat is at 75°C.
