Our beef is pasture raised, grass fed and finished and regeneratively farmed in WA. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth. Find out more about our suppliers here.

100% grass fed and finished WA black angus beef.
Boil Tongue in water and aromats for 4-5 hours, once complete remove and thoroughly dry. Heat Grill/Pan on high heat, slice tongue and sear on both sides until desired sear is obtained.
This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18°C. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.
