Grass-fed and finished beef tongues regeneratively farmed.
Comes frozen.

Boil Tongue in water and aromats for 4-5 hours, once complete remove and thoroughly dry. Heat Grill/Pan on high heat, slice tongue and sear on both sides until desired sear is obtained.
