Beef Spare Ribs (cross-cut) - Approx 500g
Our Grass Fed and Finished Beef Spare Ribs are about 10-20mm thick and cuts across the bones so that each slice contains 3-4 short sections of bone with a generous portion of meat around them.
Spare ribs are a tough cut of meat, heavy on tendon and fat, making them perfect to braise, roast or grill for a taste sensation.
Perfect served with your choice of banchan (side dishes), such as Korean Spinach, Lightly Pickled Radish, Korean Bean Sprouts (Kong Namul), Spicy Scallion Salad, or Quick Cucumber Kimchi or try your hand at our Korean BBQ Short Ribs or Mez's Braised Beef Spare Ribs.
