Beef Spare Ribs (cross-cut) (approx. 500g)
This spare rib is about 10-20mm thick and goes across the bones so that each slice contains 3-4 short sections of bone with a generous portion of meat around them. Spare ribs are a tough cut of meat, heavy on tendon and fat, making them perfect to braise, roast or grill for a taste sensation.
