We're sad to hear the souvlaki skewers weren't right for you. Upon inspection of the query at the time you submitted the feedback to our team, we cooked up 2 packs, one from the same batch as your purchase date and the other from the most recent run, to examine, and found both sample to be acceptable. Although the skewers aren't going to be extremely tender as a steak, they were still quite easy to chew and tasty in the test batches deemed by our quality testing team of over 6 testers.

We are thankful that you brought your concern to us as it helps us determine if it was a once off issue or larger problem, where we can promptly isolate the stock and remove from sale.

Unfortunately we believe you might have received an odd pack, as the souvlaki is made from the tri tip cut there can be variations in the meat and we don't use fillers or add anything to tenderise the meat.

Rachel, I wanted to reach out today as it never sits right with us when we can't deliver a satisfactory experience, especially for a first time customer as yourself.
