So, what exactly is a smash burger? As its name suggests, it’s a burger that has been smashed down onto a ripping hot surface, increasing the surface area contact with the pan and resulting in a delicious crispy crust for that added crunch.

Our beef is pasture raised, grass fed and finished and regeneratively farmed in WA. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth. Find out more about our suppliers here.

Cook Mince in desired cooking method until product is cooked throughout.
This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18 degrees Celsius. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.

tasted great

I purchased these for a quick and easy mid-week dinner. I had also purchased the small fruit n veg box so was able to eat my burgers with caramelised onion, fresh lettuce and tomato. So convenient and tasted great !
