Are you a last minute cook or just don’t have time? Our Grass Fed and Finished Sizzle steaks are the perfect time savers. 

They are extremely lean taking only a minute to fry on each side. Also perfect for schnitzels, just season and crumb lightly, then fry in a neutral oil for a minute on each side.

Our beef is pasture raised, grass fed and finished and regeneratively farmed in WA. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth. Find out more about our suppliers here.

100% grass fed and finished WA black angus beef.
Bring Steak to room temperature before cooking. Season to preference and sear both sides until desired internal temperature is reached. Rest before serving
This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18°C. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.
