Our beef is pasture raised, grass fed and finished and regeneratively farmed in WA. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth. Find out more about our suppliers here.

100% grass fed beef
Keeping it simple is our mantra for perfection. Allow the steak to reach room temperature for 30 minutes, season lightly, and then cook on a medium-hot grill for a few minutes each side.
This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18˚C. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5˚C) prior to cooking.

Thick and juicy

2 nicely marbled pieces of steak. After trimming some excess fat, a little massage & 2 min either side - perfection - absolutely delicious 🏆
