This delicious 50/50 mince is a blend of our 100% grass fed and finish beef and pasture raised pork is perfect in dishes such as lasagne, bolognese, meatballs and hamburgers. 

Our beef is pasture raised, grass fed and finished and regeneratively farmed in WA. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth. Find out more about our suppliers here.

Good Flavour - could be more fat ?

I really love that this pork is pastured so thank you. It has great flavour, but would like a bit more fat content to be honest, as without adding anything else, it is a little dry.

The best mince for meatballs

OMG this mince was amazing for meatballs - I just added an egg, 1/2 tsp salt and 2 tsp italian herbs. So tasty. So nice to have this dinner without guilt. Thank you!

Pasta Sauce

I have used for shepherds pie, bolognaise sauce heaps of uses so convenient to buy mixed and not have to buy beef and pork then mix.
