VL refers to the amount of fat visible at the surface of the meat. 85% lean, 15% fat.

Our beef mince is made with WA 100% grass fed and finished beef, regeneratively farmed. No additives, hormones or preservatives.

Our beef is pasture raised, grass fed and finished and regeneratively farmed in WA. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth. Find out more about our suppliers here.

Cook Mince in desired cooking method until product is cooked throughout.
This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18 degrees Celsius. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.
