Marrow Bones are cheap and surprisingly quick and easy to cook.  Try them roasted as well as in the more traditional broth where their silky texture and depth of flavour give a real kick.

Our beef is pasture raised, grass fed and finished and regeneratively farmed in WA. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth. Find out more about our suppliers here.

100% grass fed and finished WA black angus beef.
Roast in oven at 210C for 15 minutes, sprinkle with sea salt and serve.
This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18°C. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.

Beef marrow two ways

Roast the bones to get the marrow - goes well in any meat dish. Then chuck the bones in the slow cooker and make a stock/broth. Very tasty and nutritional

So much marrow!

Great selection of bones that provided a lot of bone marrow. And of course I didn’t have to hunt local butchers for them.

Hard to find

Hard to find good marrow bones around where I live, epecially as tidy as these are packaged, even if we had to travel a bit to get these we are happy as we make LOTS of marrow stock, so thanks - will be a return customer!
