These sausages are made with our premium grass fed and finished beef, a kick of pickled jalapeños and creamy cheddar cheese. Tasty and versatile, enjoy stir-fried with eggs, as a flavoursome hot dog in a bun, or with your favourite salad or vegetables.

Containing 4 big sausages per pack, they are gluten free and of course have no preservatives, artificial colours or flavours. They are also made with natural collagen casings for a premium taste.

Our delectable beef is regeneratively farmed in south west WA.

 

Our beef is pasture raised, grass fed and finished and regeneratively farmed in WA. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth. Find out more about our suppliers here.

Cook Sausages in a pan until internal temperature reaches 70*C
This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18°C. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.

Fatty and shrinks to half the size

We used to love these sausages but literally had to give them to the dog last night - recipe

Must have changed as they are super fatty and squishy now - they shrunk to half the size in the pan just of the fat oozing out. Such a shame as these were a favourite of ours!

😲 jalapeno & cheese sausages

They didn't look pretty when I finished cooking, in not so ideal conditions... but the texture and a nice balance of flavours won me over.

Don't buy people because I want some in stock for the next order!

Just joking... I definitely recommend this product.
