This cut comes from between the ribs, and is very high in flavour- ideal for braising.
100% grass fed and finish, regeneratively farmed beef.

Season Roast on all sides and sear in a pan.. Roast in a fan forced oven at 180*C until desired internal temperature is reached. Rest before slicing to serve.
This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18°C. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.
