Similar to our Chuck Roast, the Grass Fed and Finished Chuck Tender is better for slicing after roasting. Cooking low and slow produces an intense flavour and a fork tender bite

Cut from the neck and shoulder, chuck is a heavily exercised muscle, but when cooked over a longer period of time it produces shreds of tender juicy meat.

Also known as Blade, our Chuck Tender creates a perfectly tender pot roast, shredded beef tacos, stroganoff or stew. 

Our 100% grass fed and finished beef is regeneratively farmed.

Season Roast on all sides and sear in a pan.. Roast in a fan forced oven at 180*C until desired internal temperature is reached. Rest before slicing to serve.
This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18°C. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.
