Taken from the cheek, this cut is full of gelatine and full of flavour! When slow cooked, this piece of meat will just fall apart and melt in your mouth. Slow braised beef cheeks are perfect for a cold night.

Our 100% grass fed and finished beef is regeneratively farmed.

Each pack contains two beef cheeks.

Season Roast on all sides and sear in a pan.. Roast in a fan forced oven at 180*C until desired internal temperature is reached. Rest before slicing to serve.

This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18 degrees Celsius. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.

Beef cheeks

6 hours in slow cooker, meat fell apart .I used 2 tablespoons of you beef stock, red wine and pepper and salt.

The sauce was a dark brown, I used cornflour to thicken and a bid off lactose free milk as I am gluten and

lactose intolerant. I just ordered more beef cheeks again. Everybody in my family loved it !

These beef cheeks were beautiful! I purchased 2 packets and, whilst the weight was around 500g, I found that there was one large beef cheek and then a smaller portioned size to reach the weight. I would prefer to have 2 whole beef cheeks per pack, to allow for more even cooking etc. and pay for a larger weight e.g. 700g.
