Our Grass Fed and Finished Beef and Offal Mince is a combination of 70% Beef Chuck and 30% Heart/Kidney and Liver.

Offal is by far the most nutrient rich foods available, loaded with minerals, vitamins and amino acids, vital to our health. Try it in your favourite mince dish such as Spaghetti Bolognese. The kids won't be able to tell the difference, but their bodies will thank you for it.

Our beef is pasture raised, grass fed and finished and regeneratively farmed in WA. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth. Find out more about our suppliers here.

Mince with benefits!

I’m not a fan of offal meats but thought I’d try this out of interest and knowing that organ meats are beneficial with all the extra vitamins. Gotta say this mince is amazing. It tastes just like very tasty regular mince . The cooked texture is perfect. It made the best chilli and I can’t wait to use it again in bolognese! Delish!!!

Loved this, tasted so good in bolognaise! (The kids did notice a diff to normal mince but next time I’ll do half and half.
