This cut comes from between the ribs, and is very high in flavour- ideal for braising. 100% grass fed and finish, regeneratively farmed beef.


Our beef is pasture raised, grass fed and finished and regeneratively farmed in WA. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth. Find out more about our suppliers here.

Cook product in desired cooking method until product is cooked throughout.
This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18 degrees Celsius. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.
