Pork mince is versatile and can be used in a range of recipes including meatloaf, burger patties, sausage rolls, meat balls, tacos, dumplings and san choy bao. 

Our pork is pasture raised in Manjimup by Bryan Hickman. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth, WA. Find out more about our suppliers here.

100% pasture raised, regeneratively farmed WA pork.
Ensure product is cooked through using cooking preference of choice.
Keep frozen below -18 degrees Celsius. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degr ees Celsius) prior to cooking.

This rating isn't due to quality

I gave it 3 stars because I purchased 8 x 500g Pork mince on a monthly subscription for $65 in July. My most recent order on the same subscription was $85. I don't like it when I'm cheated. I emailed customer support about this and I got no response. Today I received an email asking me to rate my most recent order, so I'm now giving my honest opinion
