Thai Pork Kebabs


  • 2 packs Dirty Clean Food Diced Pork
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbs coriander stems
  • 2 tbs palm sugar
  • 1 tbs fish sauce
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tbs oyster sauce
  • 1½ tsp ground pepper
  • 160ml can of coconut cream


Combine garlic, coriander stems, sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper  and stir until palm sugar is dissolved. Set aside.

Combine pork and marinade in a large bowl, and ensure every piece of meat is evenly coated in marinade. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight or ideally more than 4 hours.

Place meat onto skewers and cook for 8-10 minutes on a hot BBQ, brushing kebabs with coconut cream.  Once cooked through, leave to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
