Honey Bread
Here's a delicious recipe to try out for Mum this Mother's Day. In fact you can enjoy this Honey Loaf any day of the week!
INGREDIENTS
2 cups Miller & Baker stone milled 100% whole wheat flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup Bidjaronning Raw Honey
1 cup boiling water
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180º
- In a large mixing bowl add the dry ingredients and combine.
- Add honey and boiling water and stir together.
- Pour the batter into a greased 23 x 13cm loaf pan and bake for one hour.
