  • 1/2 cup of buckwheat flour or oats
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein of choice
  • 1 free range egg
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Water for texture


  • Peanut Butter
  • Organic white nectarine 
  • Organic passionfruit 
  • DCF blueberry and coconut granola 
  • Yoghurt

  • Mix your in buckwheat flour, mashed banana, protein, cinnamon and egg together. Add water so that it is a smooth pancake mix texture- slightly runny.
  • Heat a pan on low with a generous amount of butter or coconut oil. 
  • Scoop a spoonful of your pancake mix onto the pan and flip once some bubbles arise. 
  • Cook your pancakes and stack them, add toppings to your preference and enjoy!
