Our Pork Medallions are cut from the eye of loin. Enjoy these steaks by pan frying them or if you have some spare time, you can coat them with panko, pan fry and serve it alongside some Japanese curry. Itadakimasu!

Chill to room temperature for 15 minutes. Heat oil in pan. Cook on one side for 6 minutes, flip and cook for another 4 minutes.
