Boneless chicken drumstick, white breadcrumbs, oat milk, garlic granules, mixed herbs (majoram, thyme, sage)..
Cook for approximately 5 minutes per side, in a pan of Olive Oil on medium-high heat, until chicken gets to to 75*C internal temp. Turn once to cook evenly.

Great

I do love the taste of these schnitzels, however, the crumb does not stick and comes off quite easily.
