The best part of purchasing in a bulk cut is that you have the flexibility of deciding what you would like to do with it whenever. Divide it up into portions and freeze to use for later, or cook it all up. It's totally up to you.
A whole beef outside flat is commonly used to roast, is great in the slow cooker & making stir fry strips. Also the perfect cut for making corned beef (silverside). The largest section of the full Bottom Round that is separated from the Heel and can be cut into Bottom Round Roasts or Steaks. Lean and benefits from tenderization.
