Do our products satisfy and delight you?
We hope so! At Dirty Clean Food your shopping experience and satisfaction is important to us. We are proud of the high-quality produce and products we sell, however, if an issue does arise, our Refund/Returns Policy has been prepared to assist this process. This doesn’t preclude any rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under relevant law including the Australian Consumer Law.
To make a claim under our Refund Policy, you must notify us on our contact form on the web site within 24 hours of purchase. We cannot offer a return or exchange on any refrigerated food items such as dairy, meats, frozen goods due to health and safety regulations.
Damaged or faulty goods
If the product you have purchased from Dirty Clean Food is faulty, damaged, inedible or defective, we will happily refund the purchase price using your original payment method unless you paid for your order through PayPal, in which case you will receive a Dirty Clean Food gift card to the value of the returned items. Please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem. To help this process we ask that you provide the following :
- photograph of the outer box;
- photograph of the inside of the box, including the inner packaging;
- photograph of the problem/damaged item; and
- A detailed explanation of the fault, error or reason for the refund
If you change your mind...
Unfortunately, we cannot refund for a change of mind.
Order Error
If there is an error with your order or have been overcharged, please contact Dirty Clean Food within 24 hours of delivery at sales@dirtycleanfood.com.au so that we can address your issue.
Changes & Cancellations
- All order changes, delivery detail changes or cancellations must be made by 2pm the working day prior to the delivery date.
- Subject to any applicable laws, we may cancel your order if:
(a) any payment by you is cancelled, dishonoured or reversed; or
(b) we have inadvertently displayed any errors on the Site, including but not limited to incorrect prices, descriptions or illustrations or typographical errors, and these errors are relevant to your order;
(c) the Site has indicated that products are available when they are not;
