Cut from the pork belly, streaky bacon is streaked with fat, giving it a sweet, smoky and salty flavour. Cook until crisp but still tender when removed from the pan, this cult favourite is great with Runnymede Eggs, Miller and Baker Pancakes, french toast, in a BLT or hamburger.
Our streaky bacon is pasture raised and nitrate and preservative free. Please note that as this product is naturally cured and nitrate-free, it will be brown.
Pan fry until browned on each side. For crispier bacon, cook for extra 30 seconds.
