Sticky Balsamic Orange Chicken Drumsticks
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup orange marmalade
1/3 cup orange juice
2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- oregano leaves, to garnish
Combine vinegar, marmalade, orange juice, garlic, honey and oil in a large shallow oven proof dish. Add chicken and season with salt and pepper. Turn to coat. Refrigerate for 2 hours, if time permits.
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with sides with baking paper.
Place chicken on prepared tray. Bake for 50 minutes, turning chicken every 10 minutes, until chicken is browned and cooked through.
Sprinkle chicken with oregano. Serve with salad and bread to soak up all the yummy sauce.
